Appointment Booking

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person

• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance

• Walk-ins are welcome but appointments take priority

• Same-day appointments may be available based on availability

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your appointment

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee

• We understand emergencies happen - please call us to discuss

• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings

Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment

• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule

• We strive to stay on schedule for all our clients

Payment Policy

• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments

• Payment is due at the time of service

• Gratuities are appreciated but not required

• Gift certificates are available for purchase
